Jesse C. Kodadek

Biography

Jesse is passionate about the law. He devotes 100% of his practice to litigation, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of areas, including contract disputes, property rights issues, employment matters, and commercial litigation. Increasingly, Jesse’s practice has focused on civil litigation against the government, defending the constitutional rights of individuals and small businesses against arbitrary and capricious actions by the state, local governments, and state agencies.

Jesse is not afraid of the courtroom, and has argued matters in front of state-level agencies, in justice court, in state district courts from one end of Montana to the other, in federal district court, and at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and he has presented numerous appeals to the Montana Supreme Court.

Jesse is always willing to delve into complex issues, fully invested in the fight for his clients, and ready to take whatever steps necessary to succeed on behalf of his clients. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature, Jesse has strong research and writing skills. And with a decade of experience in the housing industry—both building and selling homes—Jesse has real-world experience solving complex problems and timely delivering results that exceed client expectations. He now applies that experience to help clients achieve the outcome they deserve.
